I just skimmed through your document. I think it’s a super-interesting and important topic you’re writing about, but it’s a long document and I would probably need a few weeks to go through it.
How soon do you need the feedback, and is there anything in particular you’d like to get feedback on?

Take your time, I will be editing it over the course of a few months. I jammed all this information out over 2 months and am now trying to refine the ideas and concepts. I appreciate your time!
